Yes. Free shipping only applies to customers who live within or have product shipped within the continental 48 states. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping rates apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We have shipped to several countries on several continents. Please email us the pet door you want to order including your shipping information and we will work hard to find you reasonable pricing for shipping, taxes, and duties.

If you follow our checkout process to estimate your shipping costs the shipping software will not quote you a price, so please email us and we will send you an accurate shipping quote. We will work hard to earn your business by finding you a reasonable rate.

How and when do you ship?

We typically ship all pet door orders same day if the order is received before 12 pm Eastern Standard. Seldom does it take more than 2 business days for us to ship. We ship directly from our warehouse in Bay City, Michigan.

We offer you during the checkout process a choice between Fed Ex 2 Day Delivery and Fed Ex Standard Home or Ground Delivery.

Right now, Fed Ex Standard Home or Ground Delivery is free as long as you live in the continental 48 states. Any other method of delivery, standard rates will apply.

Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping rates apply, when you fill in your shipping information our shopping cart software will provide you a total.

When will I receive my pet door?

We will email you a tracking number the same day we ship your pet door so you can track when you will receive your package.

If you need to make other shipping arrangements such as overnight or request a different carrier please contact us with specific order and shipping details and we will send you an invoice via PayPal to accommodate your request.

Do you live in Canada?

We ship to several countries outside of the United States and our friends to the north far and away buy more Freedom Pet Pass dog doors than any other country; so far. I suppose the climate has a great deal to do with that.

Again, it is important to email us so we can work with you to arrange for reasonable shipping costs. We greatly appreciate your business and are diligently looking for a distributer up north to accommodate the growing customer base.
