What is your return policy?
You may return the pet door within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part. Items should be returned in their original packaging and arrive to us in an unused like-new re-sellable condition. Please remember to include all hardware and we suggest you have packaging experts (Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS) re-package the door to ensure we receive it in excellent condition.
Pet doors that have been installed forfeit any refund, unless your reason for returning meets the criteria outlined in our 3 year limited warranty.
When do I receive my refund?
After receiving the pet door and upon passing inspection you will receive a full refund, typically within a few business days. Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and you will be notified via e-mail when this happens.
Please don't let "pass inspection" concern you. We are not trying to hide behind policy. Honestly, the only returns we have had to date are exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. We want you to be satisfied and we will do whatever it takes to earn your business.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Sometimes, this happens. If you are between sizes please contact us so we can help you make the right purchase. If you do order the wrong size, please send the pet door back to us and upon passing inspection and resolving the difference in price we will send you the correct pet door. We can typically ship within a day or two of receiving the original.
What if the pet door I receive is damaged?
It is no secret that packages are sometimes damaged during the shipping process. We understand this is frustrating and encourage you to contact us immediately so we can help you remedy this.
This does not happen often; however, we want you to know that we will help you through this process and get you a pet door in excellent condition as quickly as possible.
