It was my pleasure talking with you the other day. I've captured a few pics of my kitty condo or as I call it, the ""kitty coupe."" The pics aren't great, but they'll give you a sense of how we've incorporated your pet door in with the project.

The kitties took no time at all to learn to get through the door, and I'm definitely happy with your product thus far. It seems to be made well, and is durable. I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the cold and the wind during the upcoming winter.

I live in Northern California, and although we don't get freezing temperatures, the door is still a gateway to the outside. So keeping the cold from getting in is still important.

"For over four years now my wife and I have enjoyed a Freedom Pet Pass which we installed into our entry door from our garage to our house. This energy efficient, non drafty passage from our house to the outside world has been a great comfort for me. My cats were driving me nuts. "Wow!! Best cat flap ever! gotta see it to beleive it. when I got the cat door I just played with it because how it works is so intriguing. So simple yet so brilliant. It actually seals better than the door I put it in. My old kat flap leaked so bad that I kept a box in front of it to keep it sealed and removed the box to let my cat out...lol..kinda defeats the purpose. I thought my kitty would have a hard time adjusting to the tan flap but she learned how to use it quickly."

"I have the cat door going to the garage where the litter box is. I live in Texas and in the summers it gets well over 100 degrees and the freedom pet pass door does not allow the heat to seep into my house. The sun sets on the garage and when I pull the two vehicles in with their hot engines that garage has to be over 130 degrees.

Anyways, I am very satisfied with the product, especially the adjustable door for the cat to be trained. It didnt take but 5 minutes, I just jingled the cats favorite toy and he pawed his way into the garage. I kept some cat food in there so he would get a treat everytime he came out.

Then after he went to the bathroom he would go back inside. After two weeks of this I adjusted the screws to the proper setting for best efficiency. Two weeks after that I removed his extra food in the garage."
