My name is Brad Algar. I’m a 30 year old , living in Michigan. I am a personal trainer and have a fantastic client base ranging in age from 23 - 65 years of age that I absolutely love working with. I also am responsible for marketing a remarkable pet product my father has patented.

Prior to personal training, I was working in corporate America as a retail bank manager , and I vividly remember wanting to blow my head off everyday. Figuratively speaking, I think.

I am passionate about fitness and helping people live healthier and feel great about the way they look , feel, and perform athletically. I am very lucky to work side by side with an amazing nutritionist. If there is anybody that knows more about nutrition, I have yet to meet her. Together we offer people an opportunity to accomplish any fitness or health related goal.

My Father is receiving a government patent for creating the first ever pet door to seal airtight and allow zero air infiltration. Simply stated, he created a pet door that is more energy efficient than most dual pane windows and exterior doors. Pretty amazing.

Experts in the pet industry, building industry, and energy industry all endorse this product and it is my job to help spread the word.

Accepting this challenge and stepping way outside of my comfort zone has taught me a great deal. I am now very intrigued by marketing and usually read a few books a month on the topic. I also read many books about website SEO, website usability, and copy writing  books. I should have paid more attention in college.
In September I adopted a beautiful lab named Dupree. He is my first pet. What a responsibility. If it wasn’t for installing a dog door in November, I don’t know if could have kept my sanity. I hope you enjoy some of the stories I share about living with Dupree and installing a dog door has changed both of our lives.

I hope you enjoy this pet door blog an I look forward to hearing form you. This is my first time blogging and I have a lot to learn. I am open to any and all feedback. brad@freedompetpass.com
