If you get a dog door for your lab he will start living the good life. I think I have the happiest Labrador Retriever in the state of Michigan and I attribute that to installing a dog door for my lab. If he isn't posted up on the couch, he is trying to sneak something outside to add to his collection of "chew toys" scattered about the back yard. Dupree likes to wait until I'm occupied and then he runs through the dog door with a trophy toy, usually a shoe. He is always so busy coming in and out of his dog door.
