This door works great. I replaced a petsafe door that we had for 4-5 years. I was intrigued online from their website, http://www.freedompetpass.com, and I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm also impressed there was a 3 year warranty, not that i see it breaking ever but i feel very comfortable knowing that is offered. Very quality workmanship.
